Thanksgiving is a traditional American Holiday to give thanks and gratitude for the past year in our lives. As you think about this holiday, consider who are people who make things happen around you so you can perform at your best in your workplace?

Take this time to tell these people what you are thankful for and how what they do matter to you. Use this template to structure your thanks:

“I am thankful for your Fill in the blank. By doing this, I am able to focus on Fill in the blank. I am glad to have your support.”

This might be simple to say but the value will be priceless to people who don’t hear enough how they add value to the people around them. Share your feedback on people’s reaction.

Wishing you a very Happy Thanksgiving with your loved ones!
